Once a thriving hub of commerce and community, Devington Plaza at 46th Street and Arlington Avenue is primed to Reconnect Devington as a destination in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Our Voices
The Devington Redevelopment Task Force is a team of community leaders working to ensure that the redevelopment of Devington Plaza aligns with our neighborhood's needs and values.
We strongly oppose the current buyers plans for this space, which incorporates high-density housing (520 units). Instead we are championing Devington to be a destination for connectivity by way of a family-centric Health and Wellness sports complex as the anchor for this development.
